I am an Artist and Musician. This site is dedicated to my art. My passion is bringing my art and music to the public as a dynamic artist and performer. I began at an early age to draw, paint, and play musical instruments. I learned to play the guitar from my mother, father, brothers and grand-father.

Onto my art! I continued to study art at the School of Visual Arts (SVA) first as a cartooning major, then switching to fine arts and historical illustration and graduating with a bachelors degree in fine arts. There were many advantages for a young artist such as myself growing up in New York City with its’ diversity of arts and culture. I saw many faces from around the world everyday.
The last two years of my undergraduate studies were with my mentor Curtis Woodbridge. With Curtis I studied the works and techniques of the pre-raphaelites: Millais, Rosetti, Burne-Jones, and illustrators Kay Nielsen, Edmund Dulac and Arthur Rackham. I was also introduced to Japanese artists, Kuniyoshi and Yoshitoshi. Through Curtis’ guidance I was able to reconnect with my earlier memories of those fantastic Japanese stories that my father had told me.
I am a member of the Hesketh Hubbard Drawing Society in London and I have exhibited at the Mall Galleries in London.
If there is a subject that interests you, I take commissions in portraiture, murals, design, and historical and mythical scenes.
